Stephanie Flores Esparza



It has been a cold, cold winter on Ocracoke Island. Lots of rain, a little bit of snow and plenty of cold temperatures.

Our hearts were warmed recently though by a new addition to our extended Ocracoke Island Realty family.

Rene Flores, Beach Outfitters specialist and maintenance tech, and his wife Martha Esparza welcomed their daughter, Stephanie Flores Esparza.

Stephanie was born in Washington, NC at Beaufort County Hospital on Saturday, February 20, 2010 at 5:30 am. She weighed in at 7 pounds and was 20 inches long. Stephanie should arrive home this evening and she has some older sisters who are anxious to meet her. Dellanira, Jasmine and Alma (Rene's older daughters) are excited to meet their new baby sister...and so are we.

An interesting note about Stephanie's birth...proud new papa said that she was born with one tooth and another tooth is already coming through. She is ahead of the game already.

Congratulations to Rene and Martha!! Welcome to the world (and Ocracoke), Stephanie!!
